					<description><![CDATA[Great post about Rosa Nautica! I dined there once (just for happy hour) when I was living in Peru in 2010. 

I think many visitors to Lima experience the same inflated prices from taxi drivers, especially when visitors don&#039;t speak the language well. Best practice is to negotiate the rate before you get into the cab. 

I highly recommend others try out Rosa Nautica, at least for the happy hour!
