It depends on the day. Some days I’m all about the cooking, and some days it takes every ounce of will power not to order in Papa John’s :-p The best motivation though is that vegetables only have a certain shelf life, and I don’t like to waste food so I want to make sure we eat everything while it’s still fresh. We’re actually doing pretty well – we’ve been cooking at least four nights a week, and it’s usually just on weekends that we go out to eat or order in. It has actually been harder to keep up with the cooking posts than it is to do the cooking! I’m trying to mix in restaurant reviews with the recipes so that we still have variety on the blog, although a lot of these restaurant excursions actually took place a few weeks/months ago.
